Double-index evaluation system of hospital building based on data from energy consumption monitoring and regulation platform

Referring to the method of German VDI 3807 standard system, studies the hospital building energy consumption index based on the electricity consumption data of a hospital outpatient building. Establishes a common data index system of average value and guidance value and a time index for the frequency of high energy consumption days, which forms a double-index system for hospital outpatient buildings, and verifies the feasibility.
